HFT Arbitrage Platform is a software vendor — we build the execution engine, broker connectors, and reference-feed integrations that let you run arbitrage strategies on your own infrastructure. We maintain public channels for product announcements, version release notes, broker-compatibility updates, and community discussion. These are not support channels — for support please use email so we can track and respond to your case properly.

What to include in your message

Including the right context up front saves a back-and-forth round and gets you a useful answer in the first reply. For most pre-sales questions we need to know:

  • Your broker(s) — name, account type (ECN, STP, market maker), and platform (MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXTrade, FIX, etc.)
  • Your strategy interestlatency, hedge, triangular, news, gold, or undecided
  • Account size and instruments — approximate capital and which symbols you plan to trade
  • Infrastructure status — do you already have a VPS in LD4 / NY4, or do you need recommendations?
  • Reference feed — do you have access to CQG, Rithmic, Integral OCX, LMAX, or cTrader Raw?
  • Edition you’re considering — Free, One Leg, Custom Configuration, or All Arbitrage Bundle

If you are an existing license holder writing to support, please also include your license key or order ID and a brief description of the issue with timestamps if relevant.

Business hours and response times

Our support team operates Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT. We are closed on UK public holidays.

  • Pre-sales emails: response within 1 business day
  • Support emails (license holders): response within 1 business day
  • Support emails (All Arbitrage Bundle): priority response, typically within 4 business hours
  • Partnership inquiries: response within 2 business days

Emails received outside business hours are queued and answered in order on the next working day. Critical execution issues (your live trading is affected) are handled outside hours where possible — flag [URGENT — LIVE] in the subject line.

What we don’t help with

Being explicit saves time on both sides. We are unable to assist with the following — these requests will be politely declined:

  • Trading advice or signals — we sell execution software, not market opinions or trade ideas. We will not tell you when to enter, when to exit, or what symbols to trade.
  • Account management — we never operate a trading account on your behalf, take a share of profits, or accept funds for trading.
  • Bypassing broker restrictions — if your broker prohibits arbitrage in their terms of service, we will not advise you on how to evade detection. We can recommend brokers whose terms permit the strategy.
  • Educational courses on trading — we are not a training company. Documentation covers product use, not market education. For market education we suggest established third-party resources.
  • Guaranteed-return promises — we will never quote you a specific monthly return number, profit factor target, or “minimum guaranteed” outcome, regardless of how the question is framed.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you respond?

Within one business day for pre-sales and standard support, within four business hours for All Arbitrage Bundle priority support, within two business days for partnership inquiries. We answer every legitimate email — if you have not heard from us in three business days, please check your spam folder and resend.

Can I get a phone call before buying?

For evaluations of the Custom Configuration or All Arbitrage Bundle editions we are happy to schedule a 30-minute call after an initial email exchange. Please send a written summary of your setup first (broker, strategy, infrastructure) — that lets us prepare and use the call efficiently. We do not run cold sales calls or webinars.

Will you check if my broker is compatible?

Yes. Send the broker name, account type, and platform to support@hftarbitrageplatform.com. We maintain an internal list of brokers we have tested in live conditions and will tell you whether the broker is currently arbitrage-compatible, partially compatible (some strategies only), or not compatible.

Do you offer evaluation licenses?

The Free (Shareware) edition at $19 is the official evaluation path — it ships the same production engine as the paid editions, with one-leg, hedge, and 2-legs strategies enabled on EURUSD. For institutional evaluations of the All Arbitrage Bundle we can provide a time-limited extended trial against an NDA — email sales for details.

I’m a prop firm trader — can you confirm the platform complies with my firm’s rules?

Compliance is your responsibility — every prop firm has slightly different rules and they update them frequently. We can tell you which strategy modules are designed to be compatible with common prop firm rule sets (typically the hedge module and 2-legs latency 3 module), but you must read your specific firm’s terms and confirm our configuration matches. We do not negotiate with prop firms on behalf of users.

Do you provide installation as a service?

Every paid license includes installation assistance via email — we walk you through setup, broker connection, and first-run configuration. For All Arbitrage Bundle holders we can also provide a guided remote setup session if you prefer screen-share. We do not offer fully managed installation as a separate paid service — the platform is designed to be installed by the user.

I sent an email and didn’t get a reply — what should I do?

First check your spam folder — replies from our domains are sometimes filtered. If three business days have passed with no reply, please resend from a different email address (Gmail/Outlook) and add the contact form on this page as a backup. We respond to every legitimate inquiry; missed messages are almost always a delivery issue.

Are you hiring?

We hire opportunistically rather than running open-listings recruitment. If you have specific experience in low-latency C++/Rust execution engines, FIX protocol implementations, broker connector engineering, or institutional feed integration (Rithmic / CQG / LMAX) and want to introduce yourself, send a CV to support@hftarbitrageplatform.com.
